I thought this was fun last Saturday. I did it several times throughout the day. We’ll switch it up next weekend. Enjoy again!
Today’s Workout
- Quick Start Shawn Johnson – Stretch Guide: 15 min. (Begin at homepage and click Quick Start Stretch Guide)
- TV Commercial Workout: do this for 45 minutes during your TV time today (see picture below)
- 300 crunches (not in the NTC app — you MAY take a break before doing these and can be done anytime of the day.)
REMEMBER:
- Drink water and all natural juice or smoothies! Refer to my previous posts on how to prepare tasty, yet healthy treats.
- Eat 5-6 clean meals a day. (2 are small snacks)
